General shipping rates and timeframes

Magnets & pins: Domestic USA shipping is free. International shipping is $10. Orders are usually processed in one business day and then delivered via USPS, domestically in about 3-5 business days after. These estimates are sooner if expedited shipping is requested.

Unless it is specified otherwise on a product detail page, products are made-to-order. Generally, these products take 3-9 days to process and then an additional 3-10 days to ship, depending on the shipping destination location. Estimated processing and shipping times are found with the product detail pages, within the checkout process and within order email updates. Some products ship worldwide for free.

All orders are send with tracking numbers which can be found within the order shipment email notification and within the online order details page.

Changing & canceling orders

For Merchandise: Please check the status of your order online. If the status of your order appears as ‘shipped,’ we are unable to add to, change or cancel your order. If your order has not yet been shipped or processed, you may contact us and we will assist you if changes or order cancellation is possible. In some cases, it might be possible to update some limited order shipment details if the packaging and shipping process hasn’t started yet. Please contact us with your change request details and we will get back to you with more information.

For Custom Items: Orders for Custom Items are Final once an order’s status moves to ‘processing’ (or any other status after). Each order for Custom Items is made-to-order. Once an order is placed and processing of a Custom Item has started, the Custom Item details are final and cannot be changed. In some cases, it might be possible to update some limited order shipment details if they have not yet started the packaging and shipping process. Please contact us with your change request details and we will get back to you with more information.

Returns & refunds

Our standard return policy for purchased items in new or as-delivered condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange any returns. Once an order item is correctly returned and all reported issues are confirmed, a refund will be issued within 14 days of confirmation. Refunds may not include shipping costs.

Custom Items, due to the fact that they are personalized for a specific customer, may not be returned for any sort of refund or credit. However, if your Custom Item order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us with confirmation of the issue within 14 days of receiving the order. Once we can confirm the issue, we may replace the defective item or will provide the missing item.
